Dr Kerry Hampton is an academic nurse, midwife, and specialist in fertility awareness education, with over 30 years of experience in reproductive health. Holding qualifications in nursing, midwifery, family planning, sexual and reproductive health, women’s studies, and a PhD, Kerry brings both deep clinical knowledge and a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work.
She offers tailored fertility awareness education for individuals and couples through two main programs:
- Achieve Pregnancy Naturally – Supporting couples with fertility charting, lifestyle, and health guidance to achieve natural conception and the best outcomes for parents and their future children.
- Fertility Awareness for Contraception – Helping individuals confidently identify their fertile and non-fertile days using charting, with the option of incorporating non-hormonal methods such as the diaphragm.
Kerry is also the lead author and presenter of the Comprehensive Course in Natural Fertility Education©, a training program endorsed by the Australian College of Midwives and attended by healthcare professionals around the world.
All consultations and training are delivered online via Zoom, making support accessible no matter where you’re located.
