What Healthcare Practitioners Say About Us
FAQs
What is fertility awareness education?
Fertility awareness education helps you understand your menstrual cycle so you can use this knowledge to conceive or avoid pregnancy naturally. It involves learning to observe and interpret signs of fertility with confidence and clarity.
Do I need a regular cycle to use fertility awareness?
No regular cycles are not necessary. Fertility charting helps you understand your unique patterns, even if your cycle varies due to stress, breastfeeding, PCOS, or other factors.
Can these programs help if we’ve been struggling to conceive?
Yes. Many couples who are sub-fertile (not sterile) can conceive naturally with the right guidance. Our Achieve Pregnancy Naturally has supported couples who’ve avoided or paused IVF and still achieved pregnancy.
What’s involved in Fertility Awareness for Contraception Program?
You’ll learn to identify your fertile and non-fertile days through charting and can include barrier methods like the Caya Diaphragm if desired. It’s a personalised, non-hormonal approach to contraception.
Are your consultations and programs online?
Yes, all consultations and training sessions are held online via Zoom. You can join from anywhere in the world in a private and supportive setting.
Is fertility charting hard to learn?
Not at all. With guidance and regular practice, most people feel confident within a few months. The learning process is supportive, step-by-step, and tailored to your pace.
Can I use natural contraception while breastfeeding?
Yes. While breastfeeding can delay the return of ovulation, it’s not a reliable method on its own. Our consultations help you establish safe, hormone-free contraception that suits this unique stage of life.
Who is the fertility education course for?
The Comprehensive Course in Natural Fertility Education© is designed for healthcare professionals who want to support clients using fertility awareness methods. It’s endorsed by the Australian College of Midwives and attended internationally.
Can I repeat the course or continue consultations?
Yes! Past participants are always welcome to repeat the course to refresh their skills, and follow-up consultations are available for ongoing support.
